- Approved (6-0) the minutes of the Special City Council meetings of Dec. 27, 2022, and Dec. 28, 2022, the Special and Regular City Council meeting minutes of Jan. 3, 2023, and the Special City Council meeting minutes of Jan. 4, 2023.
- Designated (6-0) an Acting City Manager.
- Authorized (6-0) the Mayor to execute an interlocal purchasing agreement with Harris County.
- Authorized (6-0) the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with Delta Fire & Safety Inc. for the purchase of Personal Protective Clothing (Fire Gear) and other miscellaneous equipment in an amount not to exceed $300,000 during a three-year period.
- Authorized (6-0) the City Manager to execute a contract with Kraftsman Commercial Playground and Water Parks for the replacement of the existing playground at Buffalo Run Park in the amount not to exceed $188,996.

- Approved (6-0) an ordinance on the first and final reading to change the speed limit on Sienna Ranch Road within the city limits from 40 miles per hour (mph) to 35 mph and school zone speed limit from 25 mph to 20 mph.

- Authorized (6-0) the City Manager to execute an agreement with Motorola for radio system maintenance.
Resolutions
- Approved (6-0) a resolution of the City Council of the City of Missouri City, Texas, adopting a state legislative agenda for the 88th Texas Legislature.
- Adopted (6-0) a resolution to apply for and accept funding from the Houston-Galveston Area Council General Victim Assistance Grant.
