- Authorized (5-0) the Interim City Manager to renew the original contract 19-308 with an amended per annum amount, and approve a purchase order increase for petroleum products for city wide use in an amount not to exceed $650,000 per year for the Apache Oil Company Agreement.
- Approved (5-0) an ordinance on the second and final reading amending the City’s civil service ordinance relating to the strength of force for certain police officer personnel; promotional pay; and authorized personnel access to departmental personnel files.
- Approved (5-0) an ordinance on the second and final reading amending criteria and procedures for the consideration of certain economic development projects within Missouri City.
