Kicking off Black History Month, the City of Missouri City will host a celebration Friday, Jan. 31.
There will be free food and great fun for the kids. Performing live on stage will be jazz artist Theresa Grayson, jazz artist Dean James and zydeco artist Keith Frank. Plan to join us!
