Overview
The Development Services Department, Community Development Division coordinates the city’s use of federal funds through participation in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). With this grant, the City funds programs for housing, neighborhood improvement and public services including:
- Post - Secondary Education Program;
- Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program;
- Public Service Agencies;
- Code Enforcement;
- First Time Home Buyers Program;
- Residential Paint Program; and
- Fair Housing Resources
