The CIP Division in Public Works manages the development of the annual five-year CIP and oversees the implementation of ongoing and new projects.
A Capital Improvement Project in part by the City of Missouri City and the GLO designed to reduce flood risk for nearby schools, residents and businesses by increasing Cangelosi Ditch’s drainage capacity via excavation of fill, removing and replacing storm outfalls and removing existing backslope swales. The project will start southwest of the intersection of Beltway 8 and Fondren Rd and extend approx. 0.87 miles to Texas Parkway and Buffalo Run.
