Recreation and Tennis Center Rooms
The Recreation and Tennis Center offers multi-purpose rooms for various events and gatherings. The rates below apply to both residents and non-residents. Please note alcohol is not permitted in the multi-purpose rooms.
Rental Fees
Fees include tables/chairs, custodial services, and caretaker.

*All rentals require a $250 damage deposit. Please note you are responsible for the setup of your event.
Damage Deposit
A $250 damage deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damages to the facility or equipment is incurred or extra services are required.
Cancellation Fee
A fee of $200 will be charged from the damage deposit is rental is canceled after required notice.
Reservations
All reservations must be made in person at the Parks and Recreation Administration Office, located inside the Recreation and Tennis Center at 2701 Cypress Point Drive. Operating hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Rental agreements must be completed and signed in person with a valid photo I.D.
