Responsibilities & Services
This includes managing the annual Business Planning Process, development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the City’s progress toward our key organizational goals, developing and executing strategic planning sessions for the Leadership Team and City Council, creating opportunities to recognize employee efforts and exemplification of the City’s principles, and providing data and resources to assist in department-driven projects and requests relating to performance and transparency.

The Missouri City Goal Performance Dashboard is a tool the City uses to link and measure our current initiatives and key performance indicators to the objectives and strategic focus areas as outlined in the City’s Updated Strategic Plan. The Dashboard allows the public to view our performance measures and the status toward meeting those measures.
