The Woolfolks' relationship with Quail Valley started in 1973 when Betty’s father, Marley Styner, was a Marshall at the 1973 Houston Open at Quail Valley. The Woolfolks were very big golf enthusiasts and played at Quail Valley routinely from the mid 1980s to the late 1980s.  Their daughter and grandson, Susan and William Fox, have resided in the neighborhood since 1988.
