Community Park

Park Overview

Covering 107 acres of prime land, Community Park features 4 lighted pavilions, restrooms, 3 acre fishing lake, a beautiful gazebo overlooking the lake, a newly constructed skatepark opened in March 2019, a nine-hole disc golf course, a large playground with a zipline and other challenging / fun playground elements added in Summer 2018.  The site also includes soccer fields, walking/jogging trail, softball fields, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and an open air amphitheater. 


The lake in Community Park is stocked with catfish for the enjoyment of fishermen of all ages. Fishing licenses are not required for visitors under the age of 17 years. Visitors ages 17 years and older must have a valid State of Texas Fishing License. Community Park is also the home for many competitive youth and adult sports leagues.
