How to Reserve a Pavilion
You can reserve pavilion on our online system or at the Recreation & Tennis Center.
General Rental Information
Park pavilions are able to be reserved at four of Missouri City's parks by residents and non-residents. Pavilions are available to reserve seven days a week, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Damage Deposit
All rentals will be changed a damage deposit of $50.00. This deposit will be returned no more than 2 weeks after the rental as long as there is no damage to the pavilion or excessive cleaning needed.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations must be presented in person at the Recreation and Tennis Center, along with the applicant's original application and permit. In the event of inclement weather, please call 281.403.8634 within one hour of your reservation start time to let us know you will not be using the reserved pavilion. If there is no answer, please leave a message to avoid being charged a fee.
Double Fees
If there is use or activity conducted in a park, athletic field, or the recreation center without first obtaining the required permit, the City shall require such use or activity to be permitted and shall charge a fee of double the amount for such use or activity. Such doubled fee shall not relieve any person from any other penalties described in the Missouri City Code.

Note: Pavilions at Ridgeview Park do not have electricity.
*Ridgeview Park is currently under construction. All pavilions are first-come, first-serve until the project is completed in Spring 2022.
