Rental Options & Amenities

The Community Center Auditorium allows for a versatile setup of banquet or classroom style accommodations. If you are looking to host an event such as a wedding, reception, quinceanera, family reunion, birthday party, graduation party, baby shower or a large business meeting, we have the space for you.

Our auditorium is over 6,000 square feet with a maximum capacity of 300 guests.

Rental fees include tables/chairs, kitchen usage, custodial services and a rental caretaker. Please note you are responsible for the set-up of your event. Set-up time is included in your rental time. All fees need to be paid in full at time of reservation.

Security Fee

Security fees must be paid directly to the officers at the start of the rental. Payments must be made in cash; exact change is preferred. Police Off Duty Agreement form must be filled out and signed before rental is finalized.

Double Fees

If there is use or activity conducted in a park, athletic field, or the recreation center without first obtaining the required permit, the City shall require such use or activity to be permitted and shall charge a fee of double the amount for such use or activity. Such doubled fee shall not relieve any person from any other penalties described in the Missouri City Code.

Government Entities & Civic Organizations

In compliance with Resolution No. 99-03, all government entities and civic organizations comprised of residents of Missouri City are allowed use of a meeting room at no charge one time per calendar month, Monday through Thursday, during regular business hours.

City Holidays

The Missouri City Community Center will be closed for on a verity of days including but not limited to; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (as well as the day after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and any weekend immediately prior or following the above holiday. The Community Center is also unavailable between July 3-5.
