At their Monday, July 15 Regular Meeting, Councilmembers authorized the acceptance of a special warranty deed from Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48 conveying Dry Creek Village Life Station No. 1; authorized an interlocal agreement with Fort Bend County providing for the funding of bathroom renovations in Fire Station No. 1; authorized an ordinance establishing a maximum speed limit for the school zone for Elkins High School location on Knights Court, within the City, including designating a location and times and providing a penalty.
