At their Monday, Feb. 4 Regular Meeting, Councilmembers presented Clean Restaurant Awards to 71 local eateries; approved an ordinance amending the Public Infrastructure Design Manual; accepted the quarterly investment report for the period ending on Dec. 31, 2018; authorized the execution of a contract for the re-roofing of Fire Station No. 4; authorized a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 1 reimbursement to the City for the Independence Boulevard project and authorized a reimbursement to Vicksburg Estates, Limited, for certain infrastructure improvements in Lake Shore Harbour, Sections 4 and 5.
