At their Monday, Jan. 7, 2019 Regular Meeting, Councilmembers approved an ordinance to amend the regulations and restrictions of PD Planned Development District No. 81 on a subject site located north of the intersection of Fifth Street and FM 1092, southeast of the intersection of Lexington Boulevard/Independence Boulevard and FM 1092, and west of Armstrong Elementary School; authorized the execution of a contract with LEM Construction Company for the construction of the Surface Water Treatment Plant Phase II expansion and authorized the execution of the Dry Creek access agreement that will facilitate the Developer to provide secondary access to the development and also connect Dry Creek Drive to Trammel Fresno Road.
