Senior Strength Training

This class teaches participants proper form and technique on various muscular strength and endurance exercises using chairs, bands, sand (ankle) weights, and body weight only movements. This is a great class for anyone looking to improve muscle and joint range of motion, strengthen muscles and joints, improve stability and balance, and through all this decrease chance of injury.
