The Parks and Recreation Department holds various special events and programs for all ages throughout the year. Click on an event for more details!
Passport to Recreation
January - February
Rec & Tennis Center
Cost: Free, must be a Rec member to participate

Start off the new year by exploring all the Rec has to offer! Try out our variety of fitness classes and
equipment to win fun prizes. Rec Center members can collect stamps on their Recreation Passport and turn it in at the end of February for Rec rewards. Passports are available to pick up at the Rec front desk.

Group Piano Classes
2nd-3rd grade lessons- Wednesdays at 4:45 pm

Ladies Tennis Boot Camp: Session 2

Senior Field Trip: Galveston

Crazy Hare Dash

Cost: Free

Join us for an adventure style dash through Community Park! The Crazy Hare Dash is untimed and all about fun! Work your way through the park stopping at 6 “Crazy Hare” themed stations. This event is sure to be a hoppin’ good time! The dash will start next to the softball fields’ parking lot by the disc golf course- t-shirts available while supplies last!
