Submittal Dates & Meeting Schedule

NOTICE OF INTERIM PROCEDURE REGARDING CERTAIN PLAN & PLAT APPLICATIONS

Effective Oct. 7, 2019 through Nov. 18, 2019

The following interim procedure shall apply only for an initial application submission filed after Sept. 1, 2019.

PLATS: (Conceptual Plans, Preliminary Plats, Final Plats, Replats, Amending Plats)

• Plat and related applications shall only be received on the following dates:
  • Monday, Oct. 21 through Friday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 18 through Friday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m.
• Staff will perform a 3 business day completeness check and inform an applicant as to whether or not an application can be submitted for review.

BUILDING PERMIT PLANS: (Commercial civil; Commercial ground up construction; commercial parking lot; detention pond; grading; retention pond; flatwork; and floodplain permit)

• Plans and related applications, other than subdivision construction plans shall only be received on the following dates:
  • Monday, Oct. 7, 2019;
  • Monday, Oct. 14, 2019;
  • Monday, Oct. 21, 2019;
  • Monday, Oct. 28, 2019;
  • Monday, Nov. 4, 2019;
  • Monday, Nov. 11, 2019; and
  • Monday, Nov. 18, 2019
• Staff will perform a 2 business day completeness check and inform an applicant as to whether or not an application can be submitted for review.

An application submitted on any date other than the above shall be disapproved and a new application and associated fee is required.

Subdivision Construction Plans: (Major Commercial Improvement – MCI)

May continue to be submitted as previously submitted to the City’s Public Works – Engineering Division.
